What does Viralville charge?+
Creators pay a $19.99/month membership with a 30-day free trial. Viralville takes 0% of storefront bookings — only Stripe's standard processing fee applies.
How do creators get paid?+
Creators connect a Stripe account from the Payments section of the dashboard. Booking funds route to that connected account and pay out to their bank on Stripe's schedule.
How does a business book a creator?+
Open a creator storefront from the marketplace, choose a package, and click Book Package. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and the booking appears immediately in both dashboards.
Do I need a membership to browse as a business?+
No. Browsing the marketplace and booking creators is free for businesses.
Can I book several creators for one campaign?+
Yes. Creator pools let you book multiple creators into a single coordinated campaign.
What happens after a booking is paid?+
The booking moves to Paid, the creator is notified, and both sides track delivery from their dashboard.
