How does a Viralville subscription work?+
You subscribe to Candace B. Harris's package on a recurring cadence — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Each cycle produces the deliverables outlined in your package with a fresh creative brief.
When does Candace B. Harris get paid?+
Viralville holds funds until you approve deliverables inside your dashboard. Once approved, Viralville releases payment to Candace B. Harris. This protects both sides.
Can I cancel between cycles?+
Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription between billing cycles from your dashboard. In-progress deliverables continue to completion.
Do I own the content?+
You receive a reusable content license for your marketing channels. Candace B. Harris retains the right to publish the content on their own channels as part of the campaign.
Can Candace B. Harris travel to my location?+
On-location shoots inside Atlanta, Georgia are included. Travel outside Atlanta, Georgia is available on request and quoted per campaign.
How are revisions handled?+
Every package includes a defined revision window. You review deliverables in your dashboard and request changes before approving — approval is what releases payment.
What if I'm not happy with the deliverables?+
Funds are only released after you approve the work. If a deliverable misses the brief, request revisions inside your dashboard, or escalate to Viralville support and our team will mediate.
Is my payment protected?+
Yes. Every subscription runs through Viralville's protected payment system. Funds are held securely until you approve deliverables.
